SH1, SH2, SH3 explained
SH1
Flat shelves including 2 x 20mm pins for holding flat bottom boxes. A simple height adjustable shelved unit that can be made better by the user. Add cut and screw to build your own.
SH2
The start for any power tool, Recessed feet holes to suit Festool systainers Or for Makita Makpac supplied with 2 x 20mm pins for stoping boxes falling off.
SH3
All shelves/drawer bases are recessed to take drawer parts. All shelves are recessed to take Festool Systainer boxes to. ONLY avaliable on Pro Unique and Unlimited.
Unit Depth
Only standard unit depth with a shelf depth of 380mm.
Material
All Custom Solutions Ranges are manufactured in 12mm wbp ply. Birch Ply is avalible on request on the Unlimited option only.

Shipping Policy:

All stock items shown on our site are ready for dispatch, We currently have a 24 hour service, 48 hour service or a free delivery option.

24 hour: This service is best on stock items, these will leave same day if ordered before 3pm on the same day. Some times this may be out of our scope depending on work load. We aim to do our best, If you are unsure please contact us straight away.

48 hour: With our 48 hour service we aim for delivery within 48 hours, all stock items will leave with in 24 hours of ordering.

Free Shipping: All free shipping will be sent out with in 2 weeks, or up to 14 working days. what every comes first.
Stock: we aim to be as accurate as possible with our stock if for any unknown reason we are out or stock or unable to fulfil the item in the times given, a member of of staff will contact you straight away.

As standard the Concept Range offer unit height's including 1200, 1500, 1775.

The Concept Range is available in width including 429mm, 474mm, 500mm,529mm, 600mm, 629mm.

Unit Depth
We have one standard depth on all Concept & Unique Range unit's The unit overall depth of 545mm including 130mm to scribe to your van, this gives a shelf depth of 380mm.

Extra Information
All units include standard push catches. Avalibile on SH1 or SH2, all standard top units only. Flat top units can be founf under the Unique Range
More Options for the Concept Range
With the system being modular you can create your own system for small wheel base vans to long wheel base vans. From small heigh vans up to crafter and sprinter H3 vans.
Concept Duo
Perfect start for a short wheel base. Followed by the Duo Wheel Arch Units to complete a 4 unit set.
Concept Trio
Perfect start for a long wheel base. Followed by the duo wheel arch units to complete a 5 unit set.
